Knowledge and growth go together hand in hand, shows a study done in Børsen. The more knowledge, the more growth. When it at the same time coworks to minimize accidents and injuries, it is important to know the laws and rules for safety and personal protection.
In our educational programme we emphasize providing a knowledge, combined with rules, standards, knowledge of products and the experience we have gained through 50 years of trading personal safety equipment.

Stennevad A/S offers training and education of workers, safety personel, safety leaders and others who need to gain experience in right usage of personal safety equipment.

 

TRAINING PROGRAMME.

COURSE 1: COMPLETE PROGRAMME.
Use of safety equipment: The course is for persons who want extended knowledge of correct choice and use of personal safety equipment. Persons like the ones responsible for safety or users of the equipment. The course provides a basic knowledge of active EN standards AT guides, as well in theory as in practical use of the equipment in our training centre. The course the whole variety of protection and answers following relevant questions:
Head protection
How long does a helmet last?
Hearing protection
How much noise can you take and for how long?
What is best: Ear plugs or ear cups?
Eye protection
Why is it so important with protective eye wear?
Respiratory protection
For how long may you a half mask with filtres?
Skin care
Which cleanser is best for the skin?
Eye rinser
For how long must you rinse the eye, if something is in it?
Fall protection
Can you use fall protection all day?
Hand protectionn
Why is it important to use the right glove for the right purpose?
Chemical and protective suits
Can you avoid sweating in a closed suit?
Safety footwear
Is a composit toe as strong as a steel toe?

The course starts at 9 am and finishes at 4 pm with suitable breaks.

COURSE 2: MODULE DIVIDED PROGRAMME:
”Tailormade” for your needs. Create the modules you want for your company, for instance from COURSE 1.

COURSE 3: FALL PROTECTION.
The course  is for persons who use fall protection and furthermore the course is for persons who shall train others in the use. The course is meant for persons who want an extended knowledge of correct use  of fall protection, persons like the ones responsible for safety and users of the equipment. The course also gives the knowledge of EN standards and AT guides, as well as theoretic as practical use og the equipment in our training centre.

The course starts at 9:30 am and goes on for 3:30 pm with suitable breaks.

COURSE 4: EVACUATION.
There has been increased focus on evacuation of distressed, because you can only hang for a few minutes after a fall without sustaining permanent damage. Evacution of distressed requires education. We offer courses in evacuation in our training centre in Esbjerg external if wished.

COURSE 5: FIRST AID
The Course is for persons who want to learn first aid in theory and practical. We offer courses on different levels and a course can be "tailormade" for your company. The course takes place in Esbjerg or at your address if needed with max. 12 participants.

COURSE 6: USE OF AED
The course makes the participants capable of using an AED. Legal relations and maintenance of AED is also tought.
