                          Knowledge = Growth

Knowledge and growth are closely connected according to a survey made by a Danish business newspaper. The more knowledge – the more growth. When they at the same time contribute to minimizing accidents and injuries, it is important to know the laws, rules and standards on safety products.
In our educational program vi emphasize teaching a knowledge combined of rules, standards, product knowledge and the experience we have gained through close to the fifty years Stennevad A/S has excisted and dealt in personal safety equipment.

Stennevad A/S offers to train and educate co-workers, safety workers and other with the need to gain knowledge in accurate use of personal safety products. 
 

COURSE SCHEDULE.

COURSE 1: COMPLETE PROGRAMME:
Application of safety equipment:
The course is intended for persons who want to improve their knowledge of the right choice and application of personal safety equipment such as ones responsible safety and users of the equipment. The course gives fundamental knowledge of current EN-standards and AT-guidance, both theoretical as practical use of the equipment on our course and training centre. The course contains the whole spectrum of safety products and answers among others these questions:
Head protection
How long does a helmet last?
Ear protection
How much noise can you stand and for how long?
What’s best: earplugs or ear cups?
Eye protection
Why is it so important to wear safety goggles?
Breathing protection
How long can you use a half mask with filters?
Skincare
Which hand cleanser is best for the skin?
Eye rinse
How long must you rinse the eye if you get something in it?
Fall protection
Can you use fall protection all day?
Hand protection
Why is it important to use the right glove for the right purpose?
Chemical- and protection suits
Can you avoid sweating in a tight garb?
Safety footwear
Is a composite nose as strong as a steel nose?

The course begins at 9:30 and goes on to 16:00 with suitable breaks.

COURSE 2: MODULE SPLIT UP PROGRAMME:
Tailormade for your needs. Put together the modules you want in your company, for example from the elements mentioned in COURSE 1.

COURSE 3: FALL PROTECTION:
The course is for persons, who use fall protection and those who has to teach others the use. The course is for persons who want an elaborate knowledge in correct use of fall protection as the safety responsible and users of the equipment. The course gives furthermore knowledge of current EN-standards and AT-guidance, both theoretical as practical use of the equipment on our course and training centre. The course begins 9:30 and goes on to 15:30 with suitable breaks.

COURSE 4: EVACUATION:
The focus on evacuation of distressed has increased, because you can only hang after a fall for a short period of time without incuring permanent injuries. Evacuation of distressed requires preceding education. We offer a course in evacuation either internally in our training centre in Esbjerg or externally if that is preferred.
